Ordering & Pricing

What pack sizes are available for wedding invitations?

Our wedding invitation suites are available in packs of 60, 80, or 100 invitations. Larger packs offer better value per invitation. If you need a different quantity, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

What's included in a wedding invitation suite?

Each suite includes main invitation cards (5×7"), RSVP cards with envelopes (A6), and details/info cards (A6). All pieces are printed on premium 300gsm cotton rag paper — an acid-free, archival-quality stock with a beautiful tactile texture. Foil stamping in gold, silver, or rose gold is available as an optional upgrade.

How many invitations should I order?

Count the number of households you're inviting, not individual guests. A couple living together only needs one invitation. We recommend ordering 10–15% extra for last-minute additions, keepsakes, and any addressing mistakes.

Can I order a sample before committing?

We don't currently offer sample packs, but we do provide high-resolution digital proofs so you can see exactly how your invitation will look before printing. Our premium cotton paper has a beautiful tactile quality that photographs can't quite capture — you'll love it!

Customisation & Design

What can I customise on my invitations?

Each invitation suite is personalised with your names, wedding date, venue details, and RSVP information. You can choose from four die-cut shapes (standard rectangle, arch, double arch, and scalloped wave) and five curated colour palettes (Blush, Champagne, Dusky Pink, Lavender, and Mint). The overall design, typography, and layout are part of our signature style. Have a special request? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

How many revisions do I get?

Unlimited revisions are included with every order. We want you to be completely happy with your invitations before they go to print. Most customers approve their proof within 1–2 rounds of revisions.

What is the turnaround time for wedding stationery?

Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks from proof approval. We recommend ordering your invitations 3–4 months before your wedding date to allow plenty of time for proofing, production, and mailing to guests. Rush orders may be available — please contact us to discuss your timeline.

Do you offer rush orders?

Need your invitations sooner? Contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your timeline. Rush fees may apply depending on our current workload and your deadline.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. Free shipping is included on all orders Australia-wide via Australia Post. If you're based overseas and need invitations shipped to an Australian address (for example, for a destination wedding), we're happy to help!

Returns & Policies

What is your return policy?

Because each order is custom printed with your details, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. However, if there's a printing defect or error on our end, we'll reprint your order at no extra cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
